I haven't seen this addressed, but anyone's minute useage is available to anyone who calls into T-Mobile customer care. You can put any T-Mobile subscriber's number as the number you're checking either on the voice response system or the other system where you just input a 10 digit phone number. Personally I don't care who knows how many minutes I'm using but I really wonder why that information is readily available to anyone who calls into T-Mobile.

On the old pre voice recognition system after you enter your ten digit phone number it says "please enter the last four digits of your social security number or press pound for minutes used."
