you that son of the ????? make everybody hates Cingular, you do nothing but damage the company you're working with
that's why Cingular has high loss rate, even though have all advantage over others
the problem is CS and rep have bad mouth, non-professional, and not willing to help

Don't make me start talking the truth about you good-for-nothing, worthless Cingular reps!
You Cingular reps can't help someone out if your lives depend on it! 😛

I have no problem with you, its just that he keeps coming in here starting and trying to put T-Mobile down. Cingular has its flaws and other problems too, just like T-Mobile and any other cell company. But, he doesn't understand that.

yes i do. i aint saying cingulars perfect. but at the same time, the other forums get reps customers of that carrier going into opposing forums and starting ****. i saw a lack of that here...and figured ya'all were getting off easy. you wanna inteligently compare plans, prices etc? by all means lets go.

explain less money = more minutes? give me rate plan detials. whats the cost, whats the coverage area, whats the extra minutes rate. does said plan include mtm. nw...what time is nw.... define what you mean by award for customer service? do you mean your care reps get awards for providing exelent customer service? or that customers get awards for being exellent customers? thats a little vague to me. now as far as cingular goes...what do mean by more minutes = less minutes? tethering? and your claim of poor customer service is based on what? people complaining here on this site/forum? or a personal expierence? now as for cingulars plans, ill detial a fairly popular one.

ok so maybe i was a little vaugue on that. to clarify, long distance is in side the USA. africa russia etc would technacly be INTL LONG DISSTANCE. there is a diffrence. cingular plans, as the one i mentioned above cover the united states. not the whole world. i dont think any carrier has free world wide calling. not even land lines.
