class 4. 3:1
class 5. 2:2

class 8. 4:1
class 10. 4:1 or 3:2
class 12. 4:1 or 3:2 or 2:3 or 1:4
if a given slot bitrate of GPRS is 12k, then class 4 is 36k:12k; if a given slot bitrate of EDGE is 40k, then class 4 is 120k:40k
