New plans today?

I was anxiously awaiting the new rate plans from T-Mobile today and was disappointed to find the only change was that they eliminated the $45/1000 unlim N/W plan.

Is that it??? Or are there other changes I am missing?

Thanks in advance.

Looks like we can say hello again to the 1000 plan with no nights or weekends for 39.99--because it was SO popular the LAST time... 🙄 and the 59.99 1000 plan is back, whoopee... This is so gonna go over like a fart in a car... Well, the quiet was nice while it lasted! Back to the escalated calls due to overage and not having a big enough rate plan to put a SmartAccess customer on when they go over... 🙄 🙄 🙄

Are they crazy! Earlier today it said $39.99 1000 minutes with Unlimited Weekends. Now they are changing things like crazy. Thank God I signed up for the $45.99 1000 minutes with Unlimted Nights and Weekends! 😁

Uh huh, tell that to the guy who wanted and NEEDED to change to that 45.99 rate plan and I couldn't do it for him because the rate plan code wasn't in the list, couldn't be entered manually, and it didn't show up in Streamline until about six hours later that the rate plan had been grandfathered. Very nice, is all I gotta say, it's one thing to change things up, it's quite another to throw your care agents under the bus because it's just too much trouble to update our information ahead of time so we don't look like a bunch of trained monkeys... 🙄 😈 🙄

I'm better now, I swear...

I will have to say I agree with you on the "not being informed ahead of time" issue. However, if we are informed ahead of time, just think of how much call volume woudl increase at CC and in your store? It would be a mad house. It would have been nice though to know like the second they took them out.

I'm a care agent in a call center, and we've gotten advance warning of plenty of changes... Just this time somebody didn't want to bother to type up a stupid three line memo bulletin for Streamline. I'm not advocating telling the general populace that something is changing, that would be ludicrous, I'm talking about letting us on the front line know something is going to happen, or at least make it concurrent. Getting the memo hours after the change was made just makes us all look stupid and incompetent. "Sure Mr. Customer, I can help you with that rate plan change! Uh, no, sorry, I lied, and now I can't duuuuhhh..." I REALLY don't like looking stupid... 👿
