Need Help...T-mobile exchange policy on 2-year Flex pay!
Hey Guys,
I got the BB Pearl Flip yesterday, and while it is an amazing phone, I think I'd rather have the new Curve 8900....Does anybody know what their exchange policy is on the 2-year Flex Pay contract? Am I able to just take back the Pearl Flip and exchange it for the Curve 8900 and just pay the price difference and restocking fee? Please help me out, thank you so much! Loving the T-mobile service in my area btw! And the new BB OS kicks butt!

The return/exchange policy depends on where you purchased the phone. If you made an order thru www.t-mobile.com or with 1-800-tmobile, then you have 30 days to exchange the phone. If you purchased the phone in a T-Mobile retail store, you have less time, though I do now know how much. You should be able to find something on the exchange policy on the receipt from the store if that is how you purchased.

return period in a store is 14 days (30 days in Cali) There is a $10 restocking fee for buyers remorse

so I play $10.00 plus the $100.00 difference in price and walk out with the same plan, same number and Curve 8900 correct?
...
Well, plus tax of course 🙂
That's all there is to it, easy as pie.

Just take everything back to the store. You pay the difference plus a $10 restocking fee.
