Replacement phone shipping ??'s
T-Mobile reps, can you help me?
I am expecting a Samsung e715 replacement phone, as mine keeps on freezing, but have no idea for sure when I'm going to get it.
The rep that I talked to told me it would be shipped DHL, and said something about 3 days. Is this when I should expect it? because it's already been 4 days.
Do you know where I could possibly find a tracking number, or any other sort of information? I'm tired of this broken phone.
Shout out to an extremely helpful rep in Seattle, WA (you made my trip so much better!), for helping me after hours so quickly!

Unless you ponied up for express shipping, we use DHL@Home, so DHL takes it to your local post office and USPS brings it to your house. You can track a shipment from the DHL web site using your mobile number as the reference: http://track.dhl-usa.com/TrackByRef.asp
and make sure you format your number: XXX-XXX-XXXX.
