T-Mo is so boring

T-Mobile is so boring!! They rarely come out with new phones compared to verison and Cingular. And the phones they have are so plain! Where's the bluetooth selection?? Where are the phones that play mp3's? How come these little things aren't standard by now on t-mo's phones? How come every nice phone that Phonescoop anounces on it's home page is sure NOT to be carried by t-mobile?

Is t-mobile ever going to do the free in-network calling? Or do they justify it by giving a bunch-o-minutes?

I'd like to upgrade my nokia 6610 but I haven't found a phone that is really that much better that T-mobile has released since then. Why does t-mobile seem like the slow kid in the back of the class?

I would switch but i'm a sucker for all...

They wont offer it.

any fam time plan comes with unlimited mob2mob with more anytimes mins than ANY provider.

you can add it to EVERY nationwide plan for only 6.99, even with that added on you still get a better value than ANY other carrier.

So what would be the point?

And to me they have plenty of good phones with all the bells and whistles... You dont need like 10 choices of bluetooth phones... Tmob provides and offers phones as a convience... if you dont like what they offer, purchase it elsewhere and get it unlocked.. that simple.

I think maybe you should review the phones again. T-Mobile phones have all the bells and whistles you can ask for. Megapixel, bluetooth, etc. Verizon and Cingular haven't released any new phones lately that are all that great, just look new. Many of the phones listed for those carriers aren't bluetooth or good camera pixeled, or even mp3 players. I went through and looked at each phone for Verizon, Cingular, and T-Mo. They are all about the same. So, boring, no. Just inexpesive by comparison. That works for me.

Don't you love it when people accuse, of all carriers, Tmobile for having a poor handset selection? Gotta love that. You also gotta love the v300 with a keypad you can actually use (v330). Groovy.

x475? I don't see this on phonescoop or gsmarena. When I googled it I found out John Deere offers a tractor named the x475. 😕 Where did you see info on the phone?

P735 has MP3 player, and yes cingular has good selection, (we have no Sony Ericson ☚ī¸ ) but dont compare out phone seletion to verizons please, have u actually looked at that they have to offer, even for standard features, find me a flip phone w/ excellent battery life (thats all my frien asks for and external caller ID) but yes that is our niche offer but loads of min for low cost, seems to work for us, but hey who has caller tunes and hot spots that should excite stuff up for you

Yeah, that's what I figured. I was going to ask him if he wanted T-Mobile to pay for half of his phone or something. I love how people whine about a GSM carrier not having a certain phone they want, or not getting X phone at X time. Especially if they're a current customer and already got there free handout. Welcome to the real world, cell phones cost money. I'm a cell phone junky, new technology is my crack rock. I must change phones every 3 months...and guess what, i gotta pay full price, imagine that! Stop whining and pony up for the things you want.. 🙄

You may want to research things a little further. Bluetooth is offered on several T-Mobile phones right now. MP3 or hi-fi ringtones are becoming pretty standard on most new models. And unlimited t-mobile to t-mobile calling is offered for $6.99 monthly. Even to pay the extra $6.99 monthly is worth it because it usually still comes out cheaper than plans with other providers at comparable min per month. Example: T-Mobile's 600 min plan is $39.99 + $6.99 for mob-mob=$47; Cingular is $49.99, Verizon's plan includes in calling but is only 450 min for the same price.
