Sidekick Reactivation Question

Does anyone have any experience with reactivation? I'm a former customer and I cancelled my account about a year ago. I still have my unit and recently I've had the need for it again as an internet device.

What does it take to have it reactivated. Is this possible? Also would it be possible to regain my old account ( @tmail.com) provided it hasn't been used yet?

Thanks

If T-Mo is anything like Cingular/Att, you can reactivate with you sidekick. You would need a new SIM. Also, your number has probably been reassigned so you will need a new one. In effect, you'll be considered a new customer because your service has been cancelled for more than 180 days. And as far as that tmail acct, its probably gone too 😉

old acc needs to be reavtivated within 90 days, so you'll need to start new acc, take free phone or pick a good back up, then take the sim they give u w/ new serv put it in sidekick, and then call CC to added sidekick serv to your acc, you'll get new # and email address
