I used to get my weekend mins and whenever mins. Now I get mins and bonus mins. Everytime I have been checking it lately I would get like 20 bonus mins and 0 mins. Then I would check like 2 days later and it would go it would go to like 60 bonus mins and 0 mins. WTF is wrong with it? I called customer care and asked the lady what is bonus mins and she said its mins T-Mobile gives you after you have gone over your regular mins, but the thing is I haven't gone over my regular mins all that goes up is my bonus mins but not the mins, it stays at 0. So I asked her how many mins are used up so far on my number and she said 90. Then a little after I hung up and pressed #646# and it said 65 bonus mins and 0 mins. This problem has been going for week...

Well what I am trying to say is why is my #646# mins usage so off from the min usauge from Customer Care? Also why doesn't it say for example "10 mins used and 0 bonus mins used"? The only thing that keeps going up are my bonus mins and my regular mins stay at 0.
And bonus mins are used after "regular" mins are all used up, but my bonus mins start from the beginning of the month to the end, but I don't get charged overage or anything.

Every time I've ever compared them #646# and using the automated system I've always gotten the exact same time stamp and useage. Reporting of minutes is not immediate and can take several hours to register with the system.

If you call customer care we can check the exact #646# message the system sends to you. If you're not exactly sure what it's saying to you, have the rep check that it's sending the correct minute usage to you. A typical one reads like this:

As of 03-10 09:01 AM, 1253 Whenever minutes used.

Minute usage for unlimited features are no longer listed, in order to cut down on network traffic--it makes zero sense to use resources to send irrelevant information. Other usage is reported only if it is finite, i.e.:

As of 03-10 09:01 AM, 600 Whenever minutes, 42 bonus minutes and 326 additional minutes used.

This would indicate someone who had used up all available whenever minutes, also used all available bonus minutes, and has overag...
