Changes to Blackberry Web/Messaging Plans?
I checked my T-Mobile services last Friday (6/12/09) to see what might be of interest. I currently have a plan with unlimited web and 400 messages a month, for $24.99. On the website, there is listed an ACCOUNT LEVEL service offering unlimited web and unlimited messaging for $34.99/month. Now, this is listed as an ACCOUNT LEVEL service, meaning it applies to ALL LINES in your account.
But...when I call T-Mobile I get told that this is a LINE LEVEL service only (meaning it only applies to one line), regardless of what is on the web site. All of the CSRs that I speak with say this is a mistake, and that they can only offer this plan on a per/line basis, not an account basis. It has to be a mistake. The package is per line, not per account. So it will be hard for anyone to honor it.

Yeah, that's what the CSRs keep telling me...that it's a mistake. However, they still keep showing it after a full week.
Seems like at some point they legally have to honor it if they keep advertising it.

Except for the fact that since the $34.99/line unlimited web/msg is per line, there's no way to set it up at that price point for an entire family plan because there's no option for it.

Not if they aren't "advertising" it and it is just a coding error. If it is only showing up when you log in, it could be a coding fluke and it's not offering it to anyone on the main page, correct?
I know there are things on some of those websites that are years out of date.
