Who has joined T-Mobile through Amazon?

I am ready to buy a phone and get new service for the first time with T-Mobile through Amazon.com because after the rebate the phone is free compared to $299 at the T-mobile store.

Before I make the commitment I'd like to know if anyone has become a customer through T-Mobile and how the experience was?

If I have a problem with the phone do have to send it back to Amazon or can I go to a t-mobile store? etc etc

thanks

Amazon is the best bet! It's secure with your information and its such a great deal. The rebates take 1-2 months but its real nice to get $200 bucks in the mail when no one else would have given you anything. No problems, bought 2 phones, about to buy another. If you transfer and old number, you have to buy the amazon phone and call up t-mobile once you get it and they can switch over your number.
