I have a family plan. My wife's part expires in April and I am on rolling already. I don't remember why or how that was set up but thats not the question.

I do have a question regarding ETF. I don't remember if T-Mobile does the prorated ETF or not.

Either way, how much would I have to pay to get out of my T-Mobile contract at this stage?

Thank you!

I wouldn't ask on here. Call customer care. They don't do a straight prorated ETF, it does go down over time. However it is dependent upon when you signed your last contract. If it was signed before July of last year then it does not go down. Any after July last year will go down.

Before july 2008 $200.

After:
$200 at more than 180 days remaining
$100 at 91 - 180 days remaining
$50 at 31 - 90 days remaining
$50 or monthly recurring charge which ever is less in the final 30 days.

but yes customer care is the only one who can give you a final answer.

and you may have different contracts due to different upgrade or add-on times.

Thanks!

I'd hate to leave T-Mobile. Just that the reception in my new place is weird 😢
