$1.50 Paper Billing Fee

I am very confused about T-Mobile's new $1.50 paper billing fee. In the Chicago area, every rep in any T-Mobile corporate store I go into is COMPLETELY CLUELESS about this fee, yet it is all over this site that it will take effect on Sept. 12th. I am about to port a number over to T-Mobile, but not if they are going to charge this rediculous fee. What is really going on???? Thanking you in advance...

it's part of the "going green" idea. it is an extra $1.50 charge per month. we did already impelement a $1.99 detail bill fee. employees have to pay for this too... and the $1.50 is only charged for people who want a PAPER bill. Online billing.

I dunno, it is only $1.50 and it is a way to save paper. Most companies are going to start charging, if not already. Heck, I get $100 off my car insurance for e-billing.

That's fine, BUT why are the reps in corporate stores denying this???? Are they that mis-informed, or are they trying to deceive the customers????

Perhaps they just haven't been told?

Not everyone reads phonescoop. 😛

cause they don't read their emails... all reps should know because the fee is affecting employees too and we have to call in to have paperless billing. an email was sent to all reps, those reps may be dumb. lol
