ADD-A-LINE QUESTION FOR REPS...

hey all you wonderful reps. First of all, thanks for the excellent customer service.. You're all awesome.. Anyhow, my question is... How long do you have to be a customer to be eligible to add a line with no deposit? Thanks in advance..

Answer is: it depends on your credit score and the circumstance. If you have a SmartAccess account, you can't add a second line at all until you've been a customer for a year. Generally speaking, though, for all non-SmartAccess accounts the rule of thumb is six months between line additions with good payment history for that six months in order to qualify for another line without a deposit. To find out if you specifically are eligible, call customer care and we'll check with credit to see if/when you can add another line. Heck, you might be prequalified by your credit score for ten lines without deposit, you never know until you check!

Well, when I first signed up, I was qualified for 3 line...
