How is it crap service in your opinion? I would like to know. Every company is crap in some way or another (phone selection, reception, customer service, etc). I just want to know what your reason is. I am not trying to sound mean, I just truely would like to know.

T Mobile IS the sh!t!!!
i have used (and abused) most other carriers and tmo has the best signal voice quality and good internet for edge i am holding out for the BB9700 a nice touch is the middle eastern call reps are given american names to use like "jessica" and i love this one..."Lakeisha"
now i dont mean to offend anyone but that is clearly not a middle eastern name but she had a very strong accent. i like t mobile

Middle eastern? Are you saying this because you think T-Mobile has call centers outside of the US? The only call centers T-Mobile has outside of the country are in Canada and in the Philippines, and the ones in the Philippines are only for FlexPay...
