HELP Me Please

ok so i have had T-Mobile since they were Voicestream which was a atleast 7 years back. The only problem is that i always change my # and it will be a lot of research to get the originating # that i had because it was on my fathers account until i was able to get it on mine.. So my acct is showing a 4 yr tenier.. So the problem is that i lost my phone and didnt have insurance. i upgraded about 5 months ago and now im stuck without a phone. I called T-mobile to see what they can offer me and there was nothing.. Do you guys not give additional discounts for valued customers?


**note - i have never called into get credit or complain about my bill before.. But i really need t-mobiles help..

you know what my friend had the same problem and she just screemed until they gave her her same phone at a discounted price (supervisor) 😉

probably the worst thing you can do. People that cry and complain normally don't get their way. Screaming get you a 1 one ticket to the you cannot call here anymore list and you get put on written only.

My unofficial answer is to go to Target or Wal-Mart and pick up the cheapest prepaid phone and throw your sim in it until you're eligible for an upgrade.
