Which one would you prefer
Would you prefer the Even More or the Even More plus?? Which one do you feel is a better deal the discounted equipment or the less costing plans?

I would say that is this essentially a personal decision - do you prefer having a cheaper plan, or would you like to take advantage of cheap phones? For instance, if you want to use a hot new unlocked phone that TMo doesn't carry, then you might want to go with the cheaper plan option, whereas if you just want a phone that works and don't care then the discounted phone might work well for you. It just all depends.

If you want a phone that works w/ features not being a big deal... basic phone for 50-70 bucks no contract, or get it free but pay 10-20 more every month. Even more plus wins EVERY time.
