Thanks do you know which ones? Also..I am thinking about coming over to Tmo's even more plan...or whichever one is with a contract. At what point does tmo allow you to upgrade and what are the terms as far as contract extension?

full upgrade after 22 months. partial after 30 days, but since the they dropped the retail pricing of the phones, that usually doesnt ammount to much. take a look at the even more plus plans. they represent a substantial savings over the even more plans in a lot of cases, and you may be able to set up a 20 month payment plan for the phone, which is most cases makes the total bill still less that the contracted plan. any time you take ANY discount on a phone, they will require you to extend the contract for 2 years from date of upgrade.

basically, it is (usually) 20-60 dollars of of the retail pricing of the device. so, and the partial pricing i'm not sure of, so don't take this as a price quote, but if you get a MyTouch at retail pricing, it would be 399.99. if you have a full upgrade available, it would be 149.99 with an 18 dollar upgrade fee. if you had a partial upgrade available, it might be 349.99 with an 18 dollar upgrade fee. the difference used to be greater, but when they changed plans to the even more and even more plus, they dropped the retail pricing down on most of the phones.

ok so how would getting a new phone with the even more plus plan work? I want either the g1 or mytouch (gotta look at reviews on the mytouch) and I plan on just paying in full for either. What say I want something different in month 3 of having service?

Please answer this question as if on a payment plan as well. Thanks.

With even more plus you pay full invoice and if you do the payment plan it will split into 20 payments.
If you get one of those, they are $400. Split that into 20, that's $20 bucks a month. Your down payment is the first payment plus the taxes for the entire purchase. There are 17 states where the plan MUST be done in person in a store, the rest can be done over the phone or in a store.
If you change your mind in 3 months, you're still paying full price for another phone. The return period is 14 days, except in California it is 30 days.

Another question... I have ATT and I live in Dallas, Texas. I am able to travel to DC, Vegas, La., and still be able to talk to people in Dallas,Texas. How is it with TMO? also I have a nationwide plan with them. I am not charged for roaming ever.
