i had tmobile flex pay and then i had financial problems and service was cancled...Am i able to get flex pay again?

i used to work for a flexpay center and from what i remember you have to have one pay off anything you had on your old account and then go through another credit check if you want a contract to open a new one, but im not sure anymore its been almost a year.just call and see whats up. hope that helps 🙂
