I saw a Blackbery 8520 bundle for Tmobile the other day at Best Buy for $299. Can this phone be activated with an Even More Plus plan, or is it only with prepaid plans?

The pricing sounds like a discount. So unless they are doing something else to discount the phone other than a contract then you can do Even more plus and you can do the EMP either way any GSM unlock or tmobile branded phone can be put on the EMP.
