What's going on with T-Mobile?

Has there been any news what so ever on new phones/plans/ or anything in general from T-Mobile? They have been so quiet and stuff about everything. Also I heard a "rumor" that T-Mobile will get PTT in late 2005/early 2006 and that Cingular will also and that T-Mobile and Cingular customers will be able to inter-connect which each other on the same network. Is this true? 😕

I have my suspicians, but nothing I can say officially to that. I don't think our phone selection is bad persay, but I will agree that many other options are available elsewhere lets just say. I know our data speeds are not as fast as others, but it's been addressed several times on here and at work T-Mobile right now isn't persuing anything further than EDGE for the next year or 2. I will agree with those that say sooner or later we are going to have to jump on the wagon to compete. As far as the cingular/T-Mobile thing...the only thing I can think of that could relate to that is our testing and opening up more roaming agreements in the 850mhz band to overall improve network size, not just density.
