I live On long island, NY...wanted to know if if i should consider getting a quad band phone to use w/ tmobile and possibly be able to roam on the 850 freq. Do u think t-mobile will start using this freq and if so will NYC and the island offer it within a year?

im looking to get the Moto V620, the v635 is going to be too much and i dont need the mp3 player or expansion slot, stupid to pay double the price for a little better quality camera and a color external screen.

Now don't freak out everybody. You'll notice JDigital said "pocket" roaming. That means little places here and there...not "universal roaming everywhere on the planet including Uranus". Tmobile's still a 1900mhz carrier.
