Yes but they are not allowed to sell them! Evidently they were all shipped with some kind of sogtware glitch and the stores are awaiting orders where to send them back. They will get another shipment next week.

It only LOOKS like a V300... it actually has a better OS that looks slightly different and responds more quickly. As for the software glitch, that is the first time I've heard that story about why it got delayed.
