switching?
So, I currently have sprint. I like them ok, but the service isn't that great, and the customer service is pretty bad, so I was considering switching to t-mobile, I've checked their coverage map and they seem to have good coverage.. Should I switch? What has your experience with t-mobile been like?

What do you mean "the service isn't great"? 😕
Coverage, dropped calls, delayed texts, etc?
They both have unlimited plans, Sprint has more coverage due to roaming, depends what your looking for.

We have had T-Mobile for over six years. The pricing plans I have to admit are the best of the carriers that offer true unlimited talk and text. Sprint you can only call mobile and then have to watch your minutes.
I have been seeking another carrier because T-Mobile coverage is horrible to say the least. If you are in a building forget about it.
We travel two weeks every two months and travel all over the United States. The poor coverage is the same. Drop calls, no bars, horrible when you need to talk to a customers.
This suggestion is unbiased. We still have T-Mobile until we locate a carrier that can offer the same pricing plans for true unlimited service.

Well I had sprint for two years before switching to T-Mobile six years ago. Personally I like Tmo for their great customer service and a reliable network. The only con I have with Tmo is their smaller 3G coverage area. If you want superior customer service and decent pricing and coverage then Tmo is the right choice.

It really depends on where you are located. Check T Mobiles coverage map, that should give you an idea.
I just recently switched to T Mobile from Sprint, and have been very happy with the switch. I am from the Denver Area, but again it differs from location.

It depends on the area, but I had Sprint and I was so unhappy that I paid to cancel my contract. My experience with T-mo was decent, far from perfect, but better than Sprint. I am currently with At&t and I miss the cheaper rates of T-mo. I switched to At&t because T-mo left me stranded in a time of need.

Well best thing to do is reserach for yourself. Se how many days you can try the phone and still return it without being locked into a contract. Here in CA we have 30 days. That might be best wat to judge whats best for you. Hope that helps.
