There are some issues in the uptown NYC area. My phone can barely hold a signal in my apt. It's been going on for like a month now so I just reported it to T-Mobile like on Tuesday and he said they will send out a tech to go check out the tower within the next 3 days and I will receive a text message saying if there is or isn't a problem. So the following day I got a text saying that there is a problem with that tower and that T-Mobile has planned a "system enhancement " to my area within the next 6 months. Not bad from T-Mobile! 🙂

Yup, 6 months! Which means the problem will be fixed anywhere from now to the end of the 6 months. I know alot of months. I just hope it's way sooner then that.

And then you do what? Not get a signal for the next six months? I'm not sure I'd be as elated as you.

That T-Mobile is so responsive to their customers and willing to fix problems.

I have been having a static problem with my v180 phone in New Orleans. T-Mobile sent me a text message saying that this problem has been fixed, but it has gotten worse to where I can't even hear the other person and they can't hear me. Does anyone know what I should do? I went to the store and they said they were sending me another Moto v-180 phone in one week. So for now, I put the SIM card in an old Samsung phone. Is this a common problem for Motorola phones?
