Is T-Mobile planning any Sony Ericsson handset offerings?
Does T-Mobile have any plans to bring the SE K750i to the U.S.? Is there a reason why the T-610 was the last (TMK) offered? I happen to be a customer looking to remain with T-Mobile, and was hoping to capitalize on a new phone with an extension of my contract. Currently, I pay $39.99 for 1000 minutes and free nights/weekends.
Any updates on any SE/T-Mobile plans?

I heard that T-Mobile will not be selling Sony Ericsson phones for awhile, or maybe even never again. This is what most people are saying, I can't say its written in stone, but if you want a SE phone, buy one unlocked from Ebay, or a S710a from Cingular. Check Ebay, for an Unbranded on, or the S700 which is the same thing except it has no EDGE, only FM radio.

I tried using an unlocked S710a on T-Mo and it was really buggy. The phone part worked just fine, but can't configure it manually for WAP and MMS - you have to have the settings sent through the SE website, which wasn't working most of the time (I called SE and they confirmed that it was down). When I finally got the WAP settings, the browser turned out to be slow as molasses (this may be just in my area or for my phone though). The MP3 player was pretty cool - but it wouldn't recognize the mp3s on the memory card at first, etc. Very nice phone overall - but kind of buggy. I can't speak for the S700 though.
