MyTmobile.com issues?

Ever since T-Mobile has changed their interface of the "MyTmobile.com" site I have been having problems going to the "download" section of the site. I click the download button and it will log me out and go to the main page of "T-Mobile.com" were it says "Phones,Coverage,Plans,etc". Any ideas or comments? This problem is driving nuts! 😳

It's a known issue, we're working on it, and downloads direct from the phone are unaffected by the problem... 😕

Yea, I know but you can't hear a sample of the HiFi ringtones or Megatones from your phone you have to login to the computer for that.

I know. I can't download from my phone. ☹️ I like to hear previews of my ringers and wallpaper! 😡

Same here. I hope T-Mobile fixes it soon . . . it's been going on forever! I also hope that they didn't push back the date for NYC to put in the new Voicemail system.

Yeah, it's a pain in the rear and we apologize for it, but whenever you substantially revamp any computer program there are going to be things that go wonky--usually known as "undocumented features." 😉 One of those is that for some reason we haven't been able to access customer MyTMobile accounts for like a week or more, it's annoying...

And so far the voicemail switchover has been going fairly seamlessly with no delays, knock wood... my area is converting over this week sometime. I must say I won't miss having to delete the text messages for VM...

Try using Internet Explorer.

Yup I am using AOL. Damn AOL it's always giving problems! I never tried using Internet Explorer before until now, I just logged in 2 times and it worked. I went to thru everything on MyTmobile.com with Internet Explorer. Thank You! I apperciate the help! Also 1 question to anyone who knows the answer: Has T-Mobile changed the date for the new VM system in NYC or is it still May 17?
