Why when I call other T-Mobile customers do I occasionally get the message, "The subscriber you have dialed has traveled outside their coverage area" and it does not kick over to voicemail? Then if I call back again, it will transfer to voicemail. Also, I know that a few times I received the message, the person was in a good coverage area.
