Roaming issues?
I am currently in Europe for vacation and my phone with a T-Mobile SIM card has not picked up the local cell provider. I am getting a local pre-paid SIM card to this is not a issue for me.
However, I am concerned why my phone has not picked anything up. Is this a T-Mobile issue or local?

Is your phone unlocked? depending on what country you're in and if there's a roaming agreement in place you should have picked up a signal. Try a hard reset maybe that will help.
