Motorola & T-Mobile: Real Toys Please!!!

I have been with T-mobile for a few years and @ least 2 years with out a contract. When is T-mobile going to step there game up and release/get REAL Motorola toys? I want to leave but im very comfortable with “T”, but im also pissed because the company moves way too slow releasing/getting New Motorola phones. Every New Motorola product “T” releases, I get, only wanting to upgrade 3 months later. Not that there’s anything wrong with the products, but there’s a clear demand, no supply and no choice. So I’m stuck with my phone for like 6 months, only to have the option to buy a mediocre upgrade. (like the V600 & A630) Im TIRED of these tiny screens with less than 2.0 meg.pix cameras. (Ahem…V635) And no offence, that RAZR is not all what its ...

The V6…another “metrosexual” phone. But still lacking a bigger screen & memory card slot. It’s bad enough I have a black PSP that’s needs to be “polished” every time you pick it up, now the same thing with the V6…lol. No Thanks…What’s Next? 🤣

It's not really T-Mobile's fault. It's Motorola for making stupid phone and selling them for $800! I noticed that Motorola tends to go "backwards" with thier techolongy instead of "forward" like other phone makers. I wonder what they are trying to prove. . . 😳

Yea, it’s a catch 22, that’s why I posted the same forum on the Motorola page. I think Moto’s market research is off. I strongly believe in brand loyalty, but damn, come on! 🙄

Another problem is customer demand. The demand is for "free" not so much the best and brightest. Remember the "Black Jay-Z Sidekick"? Great high end unit....okay sales. People like you and me (I love my Nokia 7710) are forced to get our T-Mo phones elsewhere (and I work for T-Mobile Corporate). I hear you though. Our "free" V180 does all the same things as the 300 dollar A630 (sans bt and camera). It's sad.

Hummm, well then why not have the option to buy the “High-End” Phones Online or Call Customer Care? Something like the Ralph Lauren Polo Website…where you can order Custom & Website only products. Yea it (the phones) are more expensive but it will give those customers who want “The Latest & Best” products the opportunity to have what they want and also allow T-Mobile the opportunity to see what their customers are demanding. Let all those customers who want the free family plan phones go to the T-Mobile stores in the mall & let the people who want the exclusive phones order from the website or call T-Mobile directly. There has to be some median, this @#$? is ridiculous. Why not order 5 million of those “free” V180’s, 1.5 million of those ...

I kind of agree. With almost 80% of their phones under $50 (with or without rebates), the hard core and/or enthusiast market really isn't getting any choice. Yeah, the A630 is nice, but what if you want the same functions in a clamshell? The D415 is a really good model, but it has been out for almost a year I believe. Just throw us a bone. Doesn't have to be a RAZR or a Sony Ericsson that can be used as a digital camera-fax machine-pooper scooper-back massager, just give us a little more choice.
