No More V635!

As everyone was expecting the Motorola V635 to be offered here in the US, they have taken it off of the Hellomoto.com website for the US, and replaced it with the Motorola V235, which is suppose to be released in the 2nd HALF of 2005. Also, I called up Motorola Customer Care, and they confirmed that it was cancelled, and will not be released for a carrier.

You can still find it online and in some Indirect dealers, but it will not be released for any GSM carrier here in the USA.

The V235 looks like a V600, but has video capture.

I got my wife one of these phones on ebay and they are very nice =)

Don't understand why they are puling them. It is MUCH faster (responsive) than a V600,v300 etc.

Did you have a hard time setting up the internet, and picture message settings? Hows the color on the screen compared to the V600/V300? I might get one real soon, if everything goes well.

setup was a breeze! When you get your and want to set it up email me and I will tell you how. It only takes like 5 mins.

It's is not delayed like the V600. When you press the down direction to sroll it actuall goes and is not behind you!

Screen is fantastic, as is the camera. Speaker and bluteooth works great too. It's the best Moto I have owned.

👿 Don't blame that on T-Mobile. They are not the one's making the phones, its the Manufacturer. T-Mobile just sells them to the subscribers! So, blame Motorola for it not coming to the US, as of this moment.

Im a T-Mobile customer whose been out of contract for @ least 2.5 years. Waiting for, 1.T-mobile to get better high-end phones, or 2. Another provider who can beat T-Mobiles “ unlimited txt msgs” for $10.00 deal. Im comfortable because ive been with them for so long, but damn, the phones are really garbage. I posted “Motorola & T-Mobile: Real Toys Please!!!”

So this phone will make it to T-Mobile USA then? I think the V635 was better looking then this one and another problem is that the phone's camera is VGA. 😳 Motorola should just take thier phones and shove it . . . then go out of bussiness. The phones they make are so pointless. Example of one of their upcoming "pointless" phones Motorola V330.

Why did they make the V330 anyways? Its the same as the V300 except the keypad is different, the added Bluetooth, and video recording.

because they needed a version to replace the v300 and v600. Both of which had problems..

That is why they introduced the v330. One phone to replace to ailing models. Which also had the combined features of both.
