Can you guys give me your opinions on the Ipaq? I ordered one and it is being shipped, but I am beginning to think it might be a little more than I need. Anyone care to comment on it?

It is QUITE a bit. It has Bluetooth, WiFi, can connect to the web, send/receive e-mail, has a calendar...etc. It's basically a mini-computer that you can also use as a phone. I thought about getting one, but it's so expensive, and I know I wouldn't use most of the features, really, other than the web.

lol thats EXACTLY why I didn't get it. I got a sidekickII instead, and LOVE it, but the ipaq was too expensive and I know I wouldn't use it for hardly anything it can do...just dabble around on the internet and find all the aftermarket programs and download them to watch movies or turn your screen 180%, the occasional e-mail...and stuff like that...it is a really cool device, and can do a whole lot... After the ROM update is running SO much smoother...if anything try it out for a bit (bet you'll get hooked though), if you decide it's too much, then you have 14 days, assuming you bought a new one from either cust care or authorized t-mobile source to send it back, or trade for something else (price of course would be adjusted)

I bought it on the T-Mobile web site for a good price, so I might keep it. But I am enamored with the RAZR, but everyone so it is such a ripoff and you really don't get nearly as much for your money.

the RAZR is just as much as the ipaq but not even half the phone...I'm not impressed with it at all. It doesn't perform with a darn...it's thin...and trendy...that's about it. Did you know there's not even a place to plug in a hands fere headset? If you want hands free you HAVE to buy bluetooth!
