So the G2 is basically the HTC Desire Z sold in Europe.

Does anyone know how much of the original Desire Z software is on the G2? does it still have HTC Sense?

no they took sense off the phone...even without sense on the phone its a pretty sick phone

Nope. The "G" series is known for the Vanilla android. So seeing how the G2 is in the series they kept it stock.
