Billing System Upgrade

Team, are you happy with the changes being made with the 6.0 upgrade.
Now unlimited tmob2tmob will be only every network (except for roaming partners in Maine, Colorado, Nebraska and some other states).
We can backdate rate plan changes now to prevent overage and so that our customers aren't pulling a fast one by constantly getting double the minutes for rp changes in the middle of a cycle.
Whaddya think?

So far it's mixed--the changes are great in theory, but as usual the implementation has a few "undocumented features." For instance, on a newly activated customer, less than one bill cycle tenure, the system isn't allowing for a backdated rate plan change--the date window is greyed and w...
