T-mobile Faces class action lawsuit over 2.2 froyo
Samsung and Tmobile are being sued due to lack of froyo update on the Vibrant. Im guessing the Vibrant 4g is not helping.

This isn't news. If you read the article, the author destroyed the plaintiff. No court will hear the case, and if I was the judge I would slap a frivolous lawsuit fine on the plaintiff. What a joke.

reminds me of back in the day when people TRIED to file lawsuits carriers over motorola's horrible charging ports prior to their razr phones....anyone else remember that?
