So I have used t-mo prepaid for around a year and was totally happy with it until my phone died. I decided to see what my deposit would be at t-mo and they wanted $500!!! Well, the rep suggested that I go to Sprint and actually walked with me over to their kiosk and introduced me to her friend that worked there and he totally hooked me up with a reasonable deposit, decent phone and a plan that im so far happy with ( not to mention 2 months of free internet and txt) I realize that she did not have to do this (especially for someone with credit as bad as mine) I know she lost a sale but I really appreciate her going above and beyond what she needed to do to the point of actually walking me over to the kiosk...that was very kind.
