I've been in telesales for 2 years for t-mobile and have never had to lie to a customer about metro or crickets networks... good sales rep don't have to lie. 😉

They dont own their towers they use other networks towers so when there is a problem with the network (not being able to send picture messages) they tell you they are working on it but in all actuality they cant do anything about it."

It's only not a lie on the Virgin Mobile side of things. Metro PCS and Cricket are both regional operators that operate their OWN networks.
