...T-Mobile still running the business as though there is no merger in the works. The Iphone commercials are still fun and they are still rolling out '4G'. Hopefully the merger will be nixed and they will cash that three billion dollar check from AT&T AND gain the benefits of that sweet roaming agreement.

They have to; both AT&T and T-mobile USA are still competitors. Once the merger is approved, if it is, then that is a different story.
