What is a refurbished phone?

What is a refurbished phone? Is it as good as a non refurbished phone? Thanks

wow 😳 ....anyway a refurbished phone is like a used phone that has been sent back to the factory and fixed or whatever. and a non refurbished phone...that is either a new one or an old one, and a refurbished phone would be better than a old/ used one but not better than a new one

its a good chance when you get a refurb that it will not work properly or have problems with it soon after.

then again i have received a refurb from att a long time ago and it worked fine for over a year.

What are you talking about good chance that it will not work properly?? The reason that they are sold as 'refurbs' and not 'used', is because they have been REFURBISHED, or, any problems they may have had have been fixed. Most refurbs are in fact perfectly good phones. I don't understand where in the world you got that idea.
