This is another reason to join T-Mobile:

Taken straight from JD Power & Associate's @

And this is on T-Mobile's website:

"Customer care
J.D. Power and Associates 2005 Wireless Customer Care Performance StudySM

I hope yall get a bonus. I would love to work for T-Mobile, but I don't meet the requirements, as stated by T-Mobile's reply system. Is that an automated responce, or is that someone actually responding? I hope they are mistaken and call me back for an interview. ☚ī¸

I applied in person at a job fair, then they emailed me and told me to take the online assessment test. Then I did, and they emailed me and said I didn't meet the requirments. Why?

Try contacting the T-Mobile center in your area. I was once immediately rejected by CitiBank online questionaire...so I went into their call center and asked why b/c it was an easy questionaire, basically, do you steal, do you condone stealing...etc. It turned out there was a glitch in their system for about a week that rejected EVERYONE.

I tried going into a T-Mobile Direct store, and they said for me to go to Tmobile.com/jobs, and I told them I did and that they told me I don't meet the requirements. Then they said oh then you have to reply in like 6 months. Its strange that since I have computer knowledge, and like cell phones, and I know about the features, that I still can't get a job with T-Mobile.

A person named Melynda Gill called and emailed me, to take the test, and I did. But when I call her she doesn't answer or if I email her it takes her like 5 days just to respond.

I hate the fact that T-Mobile doesn't give you the score that you scored. Is the computer replying back to people saying if they passed the test, or its really someone reviewing the test a...
