What is going on with the replacement SKII’s, I have had a replacement on order for 3 weeks now. Each time I call in they say they are still on backorder. My current SKII doesn’t get signal unless you are next to a T-Mobile cell tower. Anyone out there know what is going on, or maybe when this backorder will be over? I have called customer service, however they keep telling me it will ship within the next few days, I have heard this for a few weeks now.

Whenever there is a backorder, that means that we blew it basically. Now, we never want to overshoot and have left overs, but we try to balalnce the demand. On refurbished units, we have to send one into the manufacturer before we can get a replacement, in some cases if the backorder gets too big, we will order new phones if the demand calls for it, but there is not an infiniate number of phones we hav...
