Sidekick ToGo Question

I am thinking about switching my To Go service on my sidekick to a "real" plan, because I occasionally travel to an area that is only covered by Cingular (don't know if it is 850 or 1.9 Ghz). Can my current Sidekick be transfered from To Go service to a contract plan (also I have a PV-100, which I know does not allow access to 850 Mhz do they offer the PV-108 and would they offer me one at a reduced price)?

Does anyone know if T-Mobile carries the PV-108, which allows access to the 850 Mhz band, also if they do not carry the 108 how will they update the software in the sidekick to allow roaming?
