New Plan Pricing
I am still thinking about switch my T-Mobile ToGo service to a Sidekick only plan to take advantage of the roaming network. However, I currently pay $30 a month for sidekick service, which does not incur any state taxes (I believe). If I switch to the $29.99/month Sidekick only plan, what is my monthly bill actually going to look like (taxes, regulatory fees, etc, I live in Chicago, btw)?

Well, I don't know chicago, or IL tax bracket off the top of my head, but to get a good general figure, go with 10%. On top of that is a flat regulatory fee of $0.89, and a tax fee, 911 surcharge I believe, that is usually between $0.50 and $1.50 and anywhere inbetween...so give yourself about $1.00.
If you do the math, and giving you a very conservative number on the high side, with no overage, extras, etc...you should probably be between $36-$37/month.
