T-Mobile Rep stole Cust from me!!
One of our customer ported to T-Mobile yesterday but somehow T-Mobile messed up the port (Don't have details)
Cust had to port back to Cingular Blue because she needed a phone.
Cust still wants to get her T-Mobile phone working though. So I get a call from a very nice T-Mobile rep who wants my help getting the customer satisfied.
So I had to help the cust reprogram her ATTWS Moto V60i phone (AAARRRRGGGG!!!!) so that the cust will have a working phone while the T-Mobile rep re-starts the port back to t-mobile!.
