HELP!!!!! WTF is up with my voicemail?

OK for the past three weeks anytime someone gets my voicemail instead of getting a message, they either get

#1: this number is not in service
#2: the subscriber you are trying to reach has traveled outside the area
#3: my voicemail
#4: rapid busy signal

There is no rhyme or reason to this. I am in the 757 area code if that makes a difference. I have never had any problems with t-mobile but I may end up quitting them because of this if it is not sorted out.

That is actually a good question. That type of thing would end up going to engineering, but they can't fix it until they know that there's a problem.

Yes... I called the customer care four times about it. I had my voicemail deleted and had to re-register. Last night I was on the phone for almost an hour and a half because it did that again.

The worst part is that I recently graduated from college and I am doing tons of job interviews all summer. So this could really cause me some problems when a prospective employer calls and hears that my number's not in service... If it happens again, I am really going to find out about getting out of my contract. I love Tmobile but this is just not something I can live with.

I too am in the 757 area code and have noticed the same problems you experienced. Not sure what the issue is as other calls go thru w/o problems. I have not been inconvenienced enough to call CC about the issue.
