Ok so I had to leave T-Mobile in December because I get a discount from Cingular because of where I work. I get 18% off my bill every month just because of where I work. However, I hate Cingular service in my area and I LOVED T-Mobile for the most part. Can someone tell me if T-Mobile offers discounts like Cingular does?

Well sure, but in this case it's not T-Mobile, it's the company you work for. Service providers have agreements with companies calling them corporate service agreements. They can either be individual liable, or corporate liable. (meaning is your phone in your name or in the companys name) but either way discounts will still apply. In the case you're talking about, I'm willing to bet its your own account, and you get so much off every month based upon aggregate volume. Rollover is only useful if you have wild differences in use from one month to the next. Otherwise you're choosing the wrong rate plan if you're constantly not using your minutes or using too many minutes.

As far as phones cingular is GSM so you can get your phone anywhere. You don't have to get it from cingular. If you want the subsidy you'll have to be satisfied with what models they carry.
