I have a samsung E315 and the Vibra+melody is not working correctly...

its vibrates 3 times and then nothing happens..just the light falshes but the melody does not play...i dont have the phone on silent mode so thats not the problem

i know its suppose to vibrate THEN ring...but it never rings...thanks NICK
