Outsourcers/Outsourcing.......Any thoughts?
With the new "orginizational changes" just wondering if anyone had any thoughts, complaints, rants or comments on outsourcing and the different service partners?

Get a clue. "Outsourced" does NOT automatically mean "outside the US." 🙄
Considering that two specific outsourcers for customer care tend to outperform the direct call centers, I'd say it depends a lot on who the outsourcer is and how motivated they are. Outsourcing is definitely less expensive...
