if tmo is sold, what carrier would you rather be pond off to?
Vodafone would be fine with me. But, if T-Mobile goes to a cable provider like Comcast, I am definitely going to switch back to Verizon.

I can't see Comcast making a move like that. But then again I couldn't see Deutsche giving up the US division. I guess anything's possible at this point, but I'd put my money on Vodafone. Like Rich said, they bid hard on ATTWS.
