LOST SIM CARD

DiscoTRANSIT

My friend broke my phone (completely snapped it, in half) not too long ago and I was thinking about buying a phone when my contract ends. Thing is, I kept my SIM in my wallet since my phone had been broken and apparently, it found it's way out of my wallet.

I was wondering if I could just get a new SIM and have my account switched to that.

If not, what other options do I have?

Yes, you can buy a new sim (I think $10-$15 but I'm not completely sure). You can call customer service or go to a store and they should be able to help you out.

If you upgrade your phone now you can get it with the SIM included, which knocks 20.00 off whatever price you're paying for a phone.

Additionally, you should really call us to have the line suspended, since that's a live SIM card you lost and if it's found and used you'll be liable for the charges.

Do you have insurance?
